In the Last ten days of August and first days of September these Sauvignon blanc grapes are Harvested by hand from a 2-hectare plot with southern exposure in our native Sardinia. Located only a few kilometres from the sea the Calcareous soils is the true secret behind this impressive certified organic white wine.

Purchasing & Delivery
The grapes are mashed only a few short hours after harvesting and fermented in stainless steel temperature-controlled tanks. Bottled young this expert wine exhibits a bright straw yellow colour with subtle green reflections. Presenting aromas of intense citrus, apricot and peach with a complimenting essence of Mediterranean wildflowers. Every sip is a savoury that is fresh and elegant, palatable and satisfying with a persistent note.
We recommend serving this wine with seasonal vegetarians dishes such as risotto and soups and of course fresh fish dishes.
