It’s easy to savour the striking truffle flavour of our dinky salami. Easy to slice it can be enjoyed as a snack with our organic matured pecorino or cut into chunks and added to a pasta will give a new rustic sensation to a timeless recipe.
For a delightful and easy pasta dish, sauté some onions and garlic until pungent, add a jar of our datterini plum tomatoes, basil, oregano and well-chopped organic truffle salamino until it forms a chunky sauce and simply stir through with some of our organic short pasta.
