Our organic pancetta is made using the same traditional and artisanal methods of our ancestors. Produced from free range, organically fed pigs weighing up to 160kg, left in salt for 15 days before being air dried for at least 4 months, this ancient speciality is true to its roots.
A cut from the belly of a pig, the deep red meat is veined through delicate white and pink fat with a mildly spicy aroma.
