Rolled Pancetta with Garlic 100g


This beautiful rolled pancetta is a great topping for flat breads, pizzas and as a treat on your antipasti board. It’s a mentionable product against a typical flat pancetta with its skilful spiralling and additional flavouring.

Thinly sliced, the delicate texture is favourable when combined with music paper bread and is also delicious with a spoonful of some of our cheese accompaniments.

Black Cured Pancetta With Garlic 

This sweet meat is externally flavoured with black pepper and garlic and the layers simply melt in the mouth.

Made from Italian free-range pigs, salted and tightly rolled into a log shape to be hand tied for curing, you can taste the careful journey from happy animals to happy food. On a warm day try it with a complimenting glass of Cannonau Punta Rose with friends and family to show off your pairing skills.

Our delicious farmhouse black pancetta has a fabulous peppery and garlic flavour. It’s carefully salted, and a skilful dosage of aromas and spices are added. It is rich in taste and suitable for a balanced diet and full of flavour.

Enjoy it with our red onion chutney, spread it on a slice of bread, put a couple of slices of black pancetta on top then toast it on the grill…it will melt in your mouth.
